Thinking out loud.
Reflections and ideas on technology, policy and politics.
I recently completed an MPA in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value at UCL's Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose. My thesis examined the geoeconomics of quantum computing in the European Union.
Before the MPA, I worked as a policy advisor in the Italian Chamber of Deputies, contributing to legislative proposals on technology, industrial strategy, energy and education. I then moved into strategic advisory and lobbying, providing research and analysis to clients navigating complex regulatory environments in the automotive and financial sectors.
I am particularly interested in how governments and firms shape the direction of new technologies, and in how the two can work together so that those technologies deliver broad socioeconomic benefits.
